Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

set of bail

If I was arrested on drug charges and was given a summons but was realease 45mins later. Can I be held again and be assign a bail. At the municipal court I was advised to seek counsil to go to the supreme court, so my question is when I go to the Supreme Court Am I going to be held and assign a bail?

You may have some kind of bail but your appearing in court as required with an attorney will make you look very good in terms of the probability of your appearing in court on your charges whenever required.

Maybe, it depends on a lot of other issues. Getting in front of this case ASAP instead of waiting to do something could go a long way to prevent a bail situation.
