Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
sex offenders registry
A family member was convicted of a sex related crime approxiamately 1985-1990 in new jersey he was sent to Avendel and has since been release. I know he is living in Tenn. now but he has been trying to contact me. I have two daughters and I want nothing to do with him but I do want to know what he was found guilty of. Is there a way for me to do this? Also I check the Sex offenders registry in Tenn. and he is not registered.

Re: sex offenders registry
Find out what city county or court he was in.
From there get his case number and look at the court's docket.
