Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I had sex with someone and was unaware that they videotaped our encounter. Is this illegal? Am I able to press charges? We were co-workers and had sex in his office. He has since been fired for sexual harassment, not relating to myself. I know for sure there is another woman that he also had sex with in his office, and that she too was videotaped without her knowledge.

When did this happen? You may have a claim against your employer.

this is clearly a valid claim against the person who videotaped you, and maybe against your company too.
I have a friend who does this kind of law and nothing else. Call me, and I will put you in touch.
