Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Sexual assault question
My fiancee (girl) was sexually assaulted by a good guy friend of hers.
The first thing that was on her mind was that she should go get the
morning after pill becuase he had finished inside of her. Planned
Parenthood did not suggest going to get a rape kit done at the local ER.
We basically have no pyshical evidence, just her mental anguish, and him
telling a mutual friend that he ''knocked her up''. It seems that he
intended to do it, but we have no ''real'' evidence. He has no remorse for
doing it, and doesn't even acknowledge that what he did was wrong. He
still wants to hang out with her. If she talks to him online, and gets him
to say that he did ''rape'' her, is that admissable in court?

Admissions against interests are definitely admissible.
