shop lifting

i was cuat 2 years ago shop lifting in stor i didnt get arrested but the store press charges i went to court with my lawer and i get 400.00$ fine and 60 hore of communety services i paid the fine and i finish my hours my lawyer said it will be on my record for 3 years and it happend 2 years ago so i have one year left my quwstion is well i have any broblem leaving the contry to go over seas for a trip

No, I can't see why not. As long as they didn't take your passport or anything. Just to be sure, you should probably call your lawyer.
