Shoplifting charge (guilty)
DO I have to report this this to the school district or the the deparment of eductaion. I Went to court and paid the fine.
What will happen to my job?

Probably not unless asked to update an employment form. At that time ask a lawyer to look it over for you so you get the answer right.
