Shoplifting nin Moorestown
What is the penalty for first time shoplifters in Moorestown, NJ.
Mybrother was charged but the \prosecutor would not lower the charge. What do you suggest he do, hw went to court with his lawyer and the case was delayed for evidence,(the tape from the store). What happens next and what happens if he pleads not guilty. he really cannnot afford to loose his job and does not have much money. The items he was charged with was 4129.00

If the offense allegedly occurred in a chain store, the lawyer should have contact the lawyer's corporate lawyer responsible for supervising the
store's security personal. An email from corporate will overcome the objection of store "detectives."
