Shoplifting and pressing charges
Will most stores prosecute someone who shoplifts and gets away if they have evidence such as their license plates........(if they took retail under $200 )

It depends, but I wish every store would prosecute anyone who steals. MY parents taught us, by ALWAYS doing what is right, even if we were given too much change at a store, or bank. If you steal, you SHOULD be prosecuted.
