Re: Shoplifting

If you are actually guilty then you should plead Not Guilty and then demand that your case be taken to trial. I would strongly suggest that you hire a lawyer if this is what you decide to do since criminal trials can be very highly technical affairs. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

Re: Shoplifting

You need to hire an attorney. Usually, if the value of the item allelged stolen is less than $200, there

is only a small fine upon conviction, but the problem is that no one who has a good job to offer will hire someone with a shoplifting conviction.

Call me if you like. I am a good trial attorney.

Re: Shoplifting

You are not guilty until you are convicted. However, a conviction could have a serious impact on your future. If the items were over $200, you are looking at felony charges. Thus, I strongly advise you call an attorney ASAP to work on this case for you.

I practice statewide, so I'd be happy to help you. My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
