Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I signed a camplaint against a neighbor for grabbing his privates and for demostrationg lude behaviors, a few days later I get a charge in the mail from this guy stating that I attempted to hit him with my vehicle...I need some serious advice the charge states indictable.
