is soliciting in NJ a crime? what happen if u only have the green card?

If you mean soliciting for prostitution then yes it is a crime. If you only have a green card then there is a chance you can be deported because engaging in prostitution, or soliciting for prostitution, are crimes of moral turpitutde.
