Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
My son was assaulted as he walked alone. I reported it to the police and the police knew one of the parents of the kids involved. They made a report and claimed the three boys said it was a mutual fight when I went back the next day to the precinct. My son came home from school very upset because one of the boys put a video on snap chat and sent it through the school showing my son being assaulted. The police never contacted the school like they said they would to i,form the school. One of the boys also three my son in the gym shower and turn it on soaking his clothes and the gym teacher never reported to the principal. The police are refusing to investigate the video because they know the kids parents ..I need help on what I can do
