If plea negotiations are ongoing, the parties may review the status of the plea offer. Defendants may also opt to apply for the Pretrial Intervention program at this juncture, or be admitted into the program if they have not applied prior to arraignment.

Take out indictment (usually in front of discovery packet)

Also take out plea offer

Write indictment number and prosecutor number

If in jail, write jail. If out on bail, write bail

Circle arraignment in bold

Put the date

Terms of plea offer- write down what the prosecutor wrote

Fill out discovery, co-defendant status, and motion according to Ken�s instructions
