Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Can you help or No
My son father is now jailed for manslaughter, reluding the police, stolen car, possession of a weapon and 11 other charges but those being the biggest will he be able to bet some of this stuff. He didnt mean for his friend to die and he was droppinf the gun coo to his friend who told him to hold it and he didnt know the car was stolen. I need help and a good lawyer not just someone who will say they can help and then at the end everything is all bad. Can someone help.
