Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
State correction officer knowingly frauded
Is there anything that can be done for a correction officer that has been on disability for 3yrs and the incident is a fraud because it didnt happen at work? And also what are the penalties if you let someone you know use your childs ss# for taxes and they pay you for it? Who can these issues be reported to?
