Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
state indictments vacated
my fiancee is currently serving a 22 year bid with the feds. at sentencing his time was enhanced due to career criminal status, is there any way we can have his state indictments vacated? Also looking for an attorney to take his case, to try to have his sentence reduced. This is a drug charge he did file that motion for reducing his sentence when he first was sentenced and was denied. He has been incarcerated with the feds since 97/98.
