in the state of new jersey can you be charged with resisting arrest when you were not read your miranda you were just cuffed and told lets go

The importance of being read your rights is that you are entitled to know that you have the right to remain silent and make no statement. If you made no statement, it is irrelevant. Resisting arrest is a charge based on conduct, your conduct. Your rights being read has nothing to do with your alleged improper conduct. Get a lawyer. Call me, if you like.
