Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Yes I would like to know what the state of New Jersey defines as "ticket scalping" and "ticket resale", and whether are not they are illegal and what the penalty can be? I would also like to know if loss prevention or security agents at say a stadium or theme park for example, can enforce these laws? Do they have the right to take personal information, search and seize, and interrogate people who they suspect to be in violation of the aforementioned practices? How far are they allowed to go in the enforcement of park policies? Thank You.
