There is no statute of limitations for a violation of probation charge that has been filed.

The warrant which issues on the charge will exist until the violation of probation charge is heard.

You need to deal with the charge with the assistance of an experience criminal lawyer. I am that lawyer.

Call me if you likel.

You most likely have a warrant for your arrest.

Don't wait until you get stopped while driving or something else happens because it will be much worse than simply dealing with it now.

What county are we talking about....I do a lot of work throughout Southern NJ and can tell you from experience what is involved if you give me some more info.

Feel free to write back at [email protected]
