What is the statute of limitations on a DUI Charge in New Jersey?

90 days is a good place to start but if you study the law carefully, you will find that there is not actual SOL's for DWI in NJ. Its kind of a combination and it could be as long as 120 days. Bottom line, get an attorney and follow his or her direction.
