Statute of Limitations
I was recently involved in a physical altercation with another person. The person struck at me first. I defended myself in self defense. the other person was cut in the face with scissors. Can I be charged with anything.

Yes, of course you can, it happens all the time. We have clients charged with murder where the defense is self defense.
