statute of limitations
I was wondering if there is a statute of limitations for Marijuana Possesion/Attempt to distribute over 50 grams.
Details:
3 people were charged with possesion of marijuana with intent to dist. 2 where apprehended at the scene one was not. the two that did ge caught were convicted the one that did not is still at large with an active warrant

A defendant can not benefit from his own misconduct. By failing to surrender the third defendant has placed himself in a position where there is no statute of limitations or constitutional protection.
