Statutory Rape
Iam 19yrs old and my girlfriend is 16.
recently her parents found out we were haveing sex. since there is only a 3yr age difference between us can her parents file statutory rape charges against me?

There is a gap period reqired of 4 years. I have seen people get indicted although the gap period was there. I am assuming you were only with her sexually from the age of 16 and up. You should be OK.
