statutory rape??
i have looked on the via internet and i can not find my answer. my question is: In 1995 was it legal for a 16 year old boy to have sexual intercourse with a 13 year old girl in the state of New Jersey?

Today, consenual sex between juveniles where the age difference is less than four years is not statutory rape. To answer your question requires some research, requiring that you pay a fee.
