Re: Stealing (Minor)

This matter will proceed to juvenile court [Family Court in NJ] and will not leave him with a criminal record because juvenile offenses are sealed by law. If your son has never before been in the juvenile court system, we can most likely get the matter dismissed. Our fees are very reasonable and below your projected expenses. As a former municipal prosecutor and public defender, I have handled many similar juvenile matters throughout NJ. Feel free to call on our office at 877/676/7729 to speak to a lawyer now. We are available to assist you 24/7. Thank you.

Re: Stealing (Minor)

Since he is charged, the case will be handled in juvenile court. He has to have a lawyer, so either you will hire one or the court will give you a public defender if you qualify. I suggest you call one and discuss the case with him or her.
