Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Steroid posession
3 years ago i was indicted andconvicted on steroid charges in NJ. The charges that i was convicted of were 2c:35-10a(1) and then was sentenced to 1 year probation. Is this a felony and would this bar me from owning a fire arm?
