Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I stole from my job but everything was payed back. I also live in the park that i worked for i was addicted to pain killers so i went to my daughters house to clean myself up. I am clean now for six weeks as to date my bosses are the owners of the park they filled out a police report but didn't act on it but they say if i come back to my home were my husband and children are the are going to move forward with it they want me to sign my home to my husband and a paper stating that i will never enter the or they will persue this matter what can i do i feel that they are blackmailing me breaking up my marrage and family i am willing to go back and face any charges whats the worse that can happen to me im like falling apart here
