Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

i need help??

ok i was stop by a undercover i ask him why he stop me ? he told me because i was driving like a ass hole ? i told him how if i never ran any light and i dint do nothing wrong ? he pulled me out he told to stand still ? i did! than he when to my car with no search warrants and he search my car he dint find nothing ?? he was so upset because he dint find drugs so he gave me a traffic ticket for obstruction the traffic but mind you when he pulled me over i was park?? can they do this search my car with no motive and than give me a ticket for no reason ?? i ask the cop why and he told i could do what ever i want CENSORED im the law and than he left ? now the same cop lock up one of my friends and he told my friend tha i was the one who told on him ?? now my life is on danger as well as my family could tha cop do tha, ? what can i do so tha cop could get my name out his mouth? I DONT WANT TO TAKE ACTION ON MY OWN B?C IS NOT GOING TO BE PRETTY!! I NEED LEGAL HELP!! and my name is on the report
