Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
What is the best strategy to insure a person who provided alcohol to a minor gets maximum sentence? Do I need a lawyer or should I leave it up to the police?

Very rarely does a victim actually get an attorney. Even with one, I'm not sure you can force the State to thrown the book at the defendant.
