strong arm robbery
me and my girlfreind had a argument so i was gonna leave but she had my ID in her pocket so we wrestled for it i got my ID and left. she called the police signed a restraining order and told tem i took her atm card but later found it can i still be charged with anything namely robbery or theft

Yes, but only with regard to the wrestling between the two of you. You should see an attorney for the restraining order.
