Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Subject A is an authority. Subject A has property hidden in a safe within a warehouse under a fake identity. In the safe is property that would links Subject A to several burglaries. Subject B breaks into the warehouse and steals the property. He is later found with the property that was in the safe. Subject A is part of the unit that found Subject B with the property. Could Subject B be charged with a crime? If so what crimes would Subject B be charged with?
