Re: supervisory treatment
as you may be aware, marijuana can remain in your system for 30 days or more. You may be asked to provide urine at you first appointment. If that happens, you may want to let the probation officer know that you smoked prior to your court date. You may want to call to see if you can postpone your appointment for a couple of weeks. In my experience, probation departments generally do not return cases to court for one "dirty urine".
