Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Supplemen to Rule 33 Motion
Hi
My friend is in legal trouble and has filed for a Rule 33 motion based on new evidence.
She wants to add a few more things that she did not. Her question is can one file a supplement to a Rule 33 motion?
Thanks so much!

Re: Supplemen to Rule 33 Motion
The court rules of the state of new jersey have parts one through seven. Part three is that part which deals with criminal procedure. There is no rule 33. A motion under part three of
the court rules which read "3:something."
