Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

thedt of services

charged with theft of service that was performed in sept of 07, contractor already has lien on house for said services was arrested for theft of services also on 11/08/2008 lost job on 11/2007

and have sporadic pay as independent salesperson. Have not been able to pay

I take it that you were arrested for theft of services and the contractor has a lien on your house for what you owe him. If you are a first offender there is a clear way out of the woods.
