Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

theft

i was caught stealing $25 from my boss....police were called and i was arrested......i have court in several days....what should i expect......i am also in the medical field will my license be taken away???

Could, depending on exactly what you do. Even if they don't take it away, they could still give you a hell of a time.

If you are this type of position, I have to imagine that you have the money for an attorney, especially for something like this where its not a major case. A theft conviction will disqualify you for a great deal of good jobs. Hire an attorney to avoid the theft conviction.
