Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

theft by deception

there was alledgely over $160, involved in this case. monies taken from persons living in a residential facility. prior convictions. was not idicted or nor is there pre indictment yet. warrant for arrest must appear in municpal court next week and two weeks later in superior court for pre indictment hearing. what's at stake with a lawyer whom is not working with you.

What is at stake is that you could go to jail, with a prior criminal record.

You say your lawyer is not working with you. Does that mean he is not doing his job?
