theft by deception
How much bail and/or sentence can one expect from theft by deception with priors in the state of New Jersey with a lawyer that is not helping you threw the case.

It all depends on the amount of the amount of money alleged to be stolen; whether you have roots in the community; a job; a family that you live with; the nature, dates and location of your prior conviction
and you prior history of coming or not coming to court when required.
There are other factors.
