theft of money
Is it against the law for a man to steal money from a women by draining there bank account then moving on to the next women and doing the same thing to the next women and the next by promising a relationship then bleeding them dry

Theft by deception is a crime. If someone lies about his commitment to another person and gains that persons confidence thereby and takes the money
using this deception it could be a crime.

This does happen often. However, it could be very difficult to prosecute for numerous reasons. The only thing you can do is call the police and see what happens.
