Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I got a payday loan for a neighbor she didn't pay me back the company was taking $90.00 a week out of my checking account I had to close the account I paid $200.00 2 weeks ago not they wan another $205.86 by this friday or they say they are going to contact the prosecutors office I am doing the best I can shouldn't the accept the money I can give them???i can not pull money off the trees nor pull it out of the sky I work 6 days a week and because of getting these loans for the neighbor I have gotten my self in a hole because they were taking out $90.00 a week instead of $60.00 a week that I was told and they were taking it out before I made my deposit however my bank paid it but charged me and additional $25.00

So what's your question? As you said, you have no money so what can you really do here? I doubt the police will care but you don't know until it happens.
