Re: Time for an idictment

Some cases take years. The only real time limit that comes into play is if you are in jail they have to indict you sooner or else you can file a probable cause motion and PC hearings almost never take place. They will move on the case one way or the other.

If you are waiting for the case to be presented, I suggest you get a good attorney that can meet with the prosecutor to try to work out the case. We do that all the time and have had some really good results with both pleas and dismissal.

Should you have any other questions, feel free to call me at 732/247/3340 and we can discuss your case. My initial consultations are always free.
