No, second degree robbery does not qualify for PTI. You need a lawyer to actually defend you on this case. This depends on county, the particular prosecutor, and the circumstances of the case. Normally it is not an option, but sometimes it could be possible to convince the prosecutor to make PTI available. You can call to discuss.
