Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I am a first time offender in the state of New Jersey, and i was arrested for using a fake ID. The cops arrested me for a fake ID and purchasing of alcohol. As a 19 year old male what kind of repercussions am i looking at?
When arrested my rights were not read to me nor at the station and i have a witness to prove it. Does this have any effect on it the decision?

If you made a statement which could be used to prove your guilt of a crime, a motion could be made to suppress your statement. I do not know all the facts of your case. Please call me to provide more information so that I can give a better answer to your question.
