how much time in prison ?
Can you please tell me what the average prison term would be for a person with no criminal record who was busted by federal agents for posession and distribution of 10000 lbs. of marijuana.

The sentence for your offense is a minimum of five years and a maximum of forty years. With cooperation you could get closer to five years in prison than to forty years in prison.
