Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Today I found out I had a warrant for contempt of court for domestic violence in New Jersey. The address given was from a place I never lived. But they had my social security number and birthdate. What do I do. I don't want to go to jail for something I did not do.

This matter has to addressed or else you can be arrested on the warrant and stay in jail until the matter is resolved. I can't give you any other advice since I have not seen the evidence in the case. Please contact my office to discuss this matter in more detail. Thank you.
