Traspassing
As I get off the train my bus was departing on the other side of the tracks, so I rush and cross the tracks about 10 yards before the track crossing. a police officer stop me and give me a ticket for traspassing. now I have to go to court. what is may best defence?

Trespassing is entry upon premises in violation of signs prohibiting same or entering premises without prior permission. If you intend to defend yourself you should hire an attorney.
