Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Can I travel while charged with indictable charge
I am charged with indictable charge by superior court. I was released on my own recognition. May I travel internationally? Do I need to obtain any permit from county court before I leave?

It depends on the ROR, but most of the time no, you are free to go. The big issue here is that you need a good attorney. I guess you don't have one or else you wouldn't be asking questions on this website. If you'd like to discuss your situation, call me at 732/247/3340. My consultations are always free.
