Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

my husband is going to trial he is fighting a case he had nothing to do with.my home was searched and car ceased for 2 yrs.because he had previous drug charges he is being charged.what can we expect to happen?he has 1 co defender who is at fault and another who has no clue why he is involved just like my husband its been 3 yrs and its overwhelming how can we prove his innocense our lawyer does not give us any good answers.nothing was found in my home and they are placing him at location where he never was he was home and arrested i'm desperate.i got 5 kids trial is on 6/22/09

Well it is time to either sit down with this lawyer to work everything out or get a new one. To go trial with a lawyer that does nothing for you is never a good idea. Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.

You have a trial date a bit more than thirty days away. You need to sit down with your lawyer and raise your questions. If you decide to change lawyers you must act quickly because judges do not like to adjourn a trial because a defendant seeks to change lawyers at the last moment.
