Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Hello, i currently got in trouble for possession of fake id while down in vacation in the Jersey Shore. I did not get arrested but actually got 3 summonses. Two of them were for the fake id and another one was a noise complaint. The Officer told me he gave the noise complaint so that the other two tickets could be dropped. Does this mean i have to plea not guilty for the first two fake id tickets and plea guilty to the noise complaint and i will be off the hook? Any Advice would be helpful! thank you.
