Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Type Your Question Here... I am involved in an assault case where somebody cut their thumb on the pad just enough to get about seven stitches out of it. The person cut the palm-pad of their thumb nearly off on one hand. I was told that it may be not so deep but medically a doctor is required to provide enough stitches for it by professional obligation. The person also stubbed their toe severely. I did not do any of this honestly! Isn't that a fraud? I had heard about things like this before briefly. There seems to be almost no information about it online or in many places. What can I do?
