Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Underage consumption of alcohol

Hi my name is Mike I got charged with underage drinking at my college at a frat house... but I don't know if this matters or not but the reason I got in trouble in the first place was because I asked for help because I knew I had too much, not to mention that I was forced to drink 70% of the drinks that night... so I ended up going to a hospital and getting charged with underage drinking inside the ambulance now I find out I'm getting a 250 fine... 30 hours of community service... loss of license for 6 months... and AA meetings I must attendthis seems a little ridiculous for a person who doesn't even drink... I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time and I don't want this fluke incident to ruin my life? Please help me out

Re: Underage consumption of alcohol

Have you already been found guilty of this charge and received the sentence that you mentioned? If you have, then I can't help you. If you have not been found guilty and were just told by the judge that these are the possible penalties you face, then I can probably help you. There may be a way to change this charge to a lesser offense, or possibly even beat the charge. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
